Google makes it easier for the users to back up files

If you are an avid user of Google products, such as Google+, Picasa (soon to e called Google pictures), Google Buzz and Google voice, you are now allowed to gather all the data that has been acquired from these products using the new Google service called Google Take Out. This service was launched on June of this year that lets you back up all important data and downloads an archive from your album in Picasa, Google+ and Buzz contacts and your profile and more.

In your Google Takeout dashboard you can see all the archives and can manage if what kind of settings you want your data to be download. You can download it in bulk or can select a particular service you wish to back up. If you are a Realtor you might want to back up data, including phone numbers and voice mail transcripts from your Google voice account.

After choosing services and files to download for backup, it will then show how large it is and will automatically compressed into a ZIP file that is ready to download.

Here is the sample video of how Google Take Out works.
